Kevin has been the executive responsible for transforming his organization while shipping products. He has had to answer to the CEO and the board about how he is evolving the organization. Kevin led the team that shipped Microsoft's first product using Agile frameworks in 2003. He built Adobe's first product using Lean methodologies in 2012. Kevin completed a long-stalled transition from a monolith to a microservice architecture at Avvo, while also evolving the revenue model and building a test-and-learn culture. Kevin led acquisitions for Spotify and Onfido. He was the point for the technical due dilegeance on Avvo's acqusition and Onfido's recent $100 million dollar round.
Kevin has been responsible for forming the vision, the plan, and getting the organization on board while handling institutional, customer, and team friction. Kevin has also helped nurture developers into Leads or Principals, Leads into Directors, and Directors into VPs and CTOs. He understands the challenges you are facing as a leader in your organization.
Kevin is available on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis. Weekly availability is subject to advanced scheduling and a penalty for cancelation. Any potential engagement will begin with a free phone/video call to assess your needs, understand your goals, and discuss how he can help.
